BarreSadie is an amazing barre class! Sadie is so knowledgeable about ballet and is a pro at adapting those movements into a full-body barre workout. I love that she corrects my alignment and body positioning--even by just looking at me through the weird camera angle on Zoom--and she is always inspiring and positive. This workout kicks my butt every time, but in the best way. I feel longer, leaner, and stronger after every class. Thank you, Sadie!!
